Sewer Pipe Lining
CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) Lining Services
Create a brand-new pipe inside your existing sewer line without excavation. Pipeline Solutions Plumbing's pipe lining services provide a long-lasting solution that restores your sewer system with minimal property disruption.
What Is Pipe Lining?
Pipe lining (CIPP - Cured-In-Place Pipe) inserts a resin-saturated liner into your existing pipe. Once in place, the liner is inflated and cured, creating a seamless new pipe inside the old one.
How Pipe Lining Works:
1. Inspection & Cleaning
Video camera inspection identifies damage locations, and hydro jetting thoroughly cleans the pipe.
2. Liner Preparation
A flexible liner tube is saturated with epoxy resin and prepared for installation.
3. Liner Insertion
The liner is inserted through an existing cleanout or small access point and positioned throughout the damaged pipe section.
4. Inflation
The liner is inflated using air or water pressure, pressing it against the old pipe walls.
5. Curing
The resin is cured using hot water, steam, or UV light, hardening the liner into a solid, seamless new pipe.
6. Finishing
Lateral connections are reopened with robotic cutters, and final inspection verifies quality.
7. Verification
Post-installation camera inspection documents the successful lining.
Benefits of Pipe Lining
No Excavation Required
Work is performed entirely from inside your existing pipe—no trenching, no property destruction.
Seamless Construction
The new pipe has no joints, eliminating the weak points where roots commonly enter.
Root-Resistant
Smooth epoxy surface resists root intrusion, preventing future problems.
Structural Strength
Cured liner is incredibly strong, often stronger than the original pipe.
Long Lifespan
Properly installed pipe lining lasts 50-100 years with warranties to back it up.
Improved Flow
Smooth interior surface actually improves flow capacity over old, corroded pipes.
